What we collect
To screen a household for grant and assistance program eligibility, we collect household composition and demographics (age, citizenship, veteran status, tribal membership, disability status), income, land and housing information, farming history, and contact information. Once a household is enrolled in case management, we also keep records of applications, supporting documents, notes, and communication history related to that case.
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to determine which federal and state assistance programs a household may qualify for, and to help manage the application process for programs the household chooses to pursue.
Who can see it
Case records — including household data, uploaded documents, and application tracking — are only accessible to authorized Sirisombath Consulting staff who are signed in to the system. This information is not sold, and is not shared with any third party except the specific program or agency a household is applying to, and only as needed to submit that application.
How it's stored
Case data is stored in a private database with access restricted to signed-in staff accounts. Uploaded documents are stored in private file storage and are not publicly accessible.
The public eligibility demo
The Velo demo available on this site lets anyone test the eligibility screening logic without creating an account. Answers entered there stay in your browser only — they are not saved to our system unless a staff member creates a case with you directly.
