For generations, Black towns have been overlooked and underfunded — even while federal dollars existed for exactly these communities. Sirisombath Consulting exists to close that gap.
The USDA has openly acknowledged decades of discrimination against Black farmers and communities — Pigford v. Glickman, a $1 billion settlement. That history is why so many Black towns have never accessed programs like USDA Section 523 self-help housing, running since 1971. Not because they don't qualify. Because nobody helped them navigate it.
We've built a full 5-year funding strategy for a historic Black town in Oklahoma — spanning housing, agriculture, and business development, and designed to make that town self-sustaining, not just funded.
Every plan is customized to the town. We've built one detailed reference model — a full farm and housing buildout, a working food economy, and a multi-year financial plan — that shows what's possible when a town gets the strategy it was always owed.
I've spent my career as a business developer — building and managing businesses long before I turned that same skill set toward grant work. I started Sirisombath Consulting because I'm a Black woman who wants to see us doing better. This is personal, not just professional.

Nothing. Grant writing is free. Post-award grant management is a paid service — funded from the awarded grant budget, never from the town's own money.
