Grant work that follows through
Jenifer Sirisombath, Founder
Sirisombath Consulting works with nonprofits and local governments to turn large, multi-source grant funding into programs that actually run — and keep running.
Our work starts before the money does: identifying which federal and state programs a community can realistically qualify for, and building the case for them. It continues long after the award, in the unglamorous work of eligibility screening, application tracking, and compliance reporting that most funded programs live or die on.
We currently support a multi-year, multi-million-dollar federal grant program serving a historically significant rural community in Oklahoma — spanning housing, agriculture, and small business development.
We're building the software tools to make that kind of work repeatable for other towns facing the same funding maze.
I've spent my career as a business developer — building and managing businesses long before I turned that same skill set toward grant work. I started Sirisombath Consulting because I'm committed to helping my people access the assistance they've earned, and turning that assistance into a real, lasting improvement in quality of life.
Why Sirisombath
Full-Cycle, Not Just Applications
Strategy, application development, program administration, and compliance reporting — under one roof, not handed off at the award letter.
Never Understaffed
Core roles are filled directly. Overflow goes to vetted subcontractors — so staffing is never the reason a funded program stalls.
Proven on Live Federal Work
Currently supporting a multi-year, multi-million-dollar federal grant program end to end — not theoretical, in motion right now.
